Out of order sequence numbers
I am using Canary Labs Historian to collect opc data from KEPserver. I am experiences issues where we get NoData due to the fact that Canary is receiving messages with out of order sequence numbers (off by 1). Canary thinks this is an issue on the KEPserver sid. What could cause this and is there a configuration setting that could help alleviate this?

Hello,
Are you using OPC UA for this? We need to investigate either the OPC diagnostics file or Wireshark logs to understand what is happening at the wire/packet level. If you have a valid license, I recommend opening a support ticket. Our technical support engineers will analyze the data along with the application report to resolve this issue.
Best regards,
