Step 7 language file failed to open

I am attempting to import tags for a newly added Device. PLC is a Siemens S7-315-2 PN/DP. The PLC project was originally created in Netherlands with comments etc in a mix of English and Dutch language. The PC's at my location are all localised for English only.

 

Kepware Error messages:

Step 7 language file failed to open. ¦OS error = C:\ProgramData\Kepware\KEPServerEX\V6\1640396820\Global\Language was not found.'.
A required code page is unavailable on this machine. Tag generation may fail or tag names and descriptions may not appear as expected.¦Required code page = 0.
