Greetings,

By default, the runtime is set to run as a Windows service, but it can be changed within our settings to instead run in Interactive Mode.

Can you please go to the EX icon in the lower right of your Windows desktop and right-click the "EX" icon?
This will bring up our Administration Menu, where you can then select "Settings."
then look for the "Runtime Process" tab and verify what it is set to.

You can also go into the Task Manager and look to see if we are running as a Service at all, and if so, what user is it running as?
