Hi, how can i fix this on Kepserver 

one or more features are time limited 

i tried to restart, stop reset service and remove everything and make new device and connection again

but still have same problem

i use free version and i have used before, some months ago and i had not any problem

how can i fix it

Hi @DSX , 

 

Since you are using a free version, this is a License Issue; once you restart the KepServerEx, within 2 hours you get his error, the only way to avoid is to buy the license or restart the KepServerEX every 2 hours

thanks, but i have tried this before and doesn't work at all

You can right-click on the Administration Utility icon and select the 'Exit' option to eliminate the pop-up notifications.  If you then need to access any of the functions of the Admin utility in the future, you can always re-launch it from the Windows start menu location.

 

Note:  There is no such thing as a 'free' version of the product, other than testing with the simulator driver.  The use of any other component in the project will trigger the license check and the notification window is designed to inform that an unlicensed component is in use and will time out after the two hour demonstration period.
