the stream is not updated

there is a data stream from the robot. the data changes, but the data in the stream is not updated. how do I make the stream auto-update?

Greetings,

 

If you launch the OPC Quick Client, KEPServer will attempt to reach out to the device and retrieve data from the device. Without a client connected, KEPServer does not read any tags.

What PTC's software do you use?

I am currently using Kepware ptc software.
