when uploading the license activation response, I get an error that trusted storage is not available

Hi 

Please check following solution details given below with the cause of the issue 

Cause

• License Request file is generated earlier and after that the Kepware server MAC ID(IP Address) changed
  
  
• License Request file is generated but activate the License Response file on another Kepware server

Resolution

• Error occurred during build of PC that trusted storage section was not created
• Only current known solution for this error is to reimage PC 
• If the issue is caused by the MAC ID changing
• Use a static MAC ID instead
• Activate the license as soon as the License Request file is generated
• License Request file should be generated on the same Kepware server which needs activation
