Direct interface to export BOM to Excel

Target group:

All users who process BOM data in Microsoft Excel.

Advantages:

  • Flexible export from Creo Parametric to Microsoft Excel
  • Visual Basic macros in Excel are not required anymore

Usage:

EMX BOM dialog with export options Following options are available:

  1. export with usage of VBA macros
  2. usage of direct interface (recommended)

Definition of Excel export in EMX optionsSettings can be adjusted in EMX Options dialog:

  • Row number to start with
  • Page break at row number
  • Name of sheet
  • Assignment of EMX parameter to Excel column
  • Assignment of EMX project parameter to Excel table cell  

Result in Excel

Availablity:

Since Expert Moldbase Extension 12.0.0.0, 11.0.2.1, 10.0 M031.

Hello    

With reference to above video we are not able to see the "Export to Excel" option.

We are using the EMX 12.0. Kindly guide us how we can get this option.

I hope this option is available with EMX 12.0

I think it is in EMX 12.0.0.1 not in 12.0.0.0

 

@FlorianHammrich @tschneyer can confirm the same.
