Expert Moldbase Extension is now SMARTColor ready

Target group:

All users who want to improve there Model-Based-Definition process in mold base design

With the releases EMX 12.0.0.2, EMX 11.0.2.3 and EMX 10 M033 all plate templates and cut out UDFs are now prepared to apply color coding rules with the help of SMARTColor.

This is achieved with the introduction of a new surface parameter EMX_SURFACE_FUNCTION. The value of this surface parameter describes now which function is assigned to a surface. In case you are interested which values we have added to the UDFs in EMX you can read this blog post.
