Regeneration issues in mold machining

I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.6.0

We have tool design extension in Creo. While using Mold machining, we are facing regeneration issues. for example, if we add or remove any features in source file and if we regenerate in mold machining the extract id fails. if we change the source file to its original form and if we regenerate again in mold machining the regeneration error remains the same.

Here are the errors that I faced
extract id failure, regeneration issues
