Cannot install Mathcad Express 30 day trial

Cannot install. Downloaded install manager and every time I try to open it, a popup shows up saying Extraction Failed, File is Corrupt. I've downloaded the install manager multiple times, turned off anti-virus software and restarted computer, still cannot install. Please help as soon as possible.

Hello,

 

PTC sent an email containing a link that leads to https://www.mathcad.com/en/try-and-buy/mathcad-express-free-download/install?utm_source=Eloqua&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=FY13%20WW%20Mathcad%20Express%20Inbound%20AR

 

Once opened, there is a button that says Install Software, I clicked that and it downloaded the install manager.
