Downloading MathCAD 8.0 to use with exisiting license

Hello, my school has an MathCAD License for MathCAD 8.0.0.0. I'm trying to install mathcad so I can use it on my computer, but I can only find a download for version 9.0.0.0. Where can I get 8.0.0.0?

When I go to install it with the setup wizard, it says that downloading MathCAD Prime 8.0 is "Not Allowed" (see attached photo). Why is this? I currently have a trial of MathCAD Prime 9.0 downloaded on a free trial so I could get some work done, is this preventing me from installing 8.0?
