License error message

I get this message when i try to configurate my floating license "Failed to configure license for PTC Mathcad Prime 10.0.0.0: '.', hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character. Line 6, position 1" and i dont know what to do? It does not matter what i type, i just comes with that message
