License still "Invalid"/"No License"

Dear colleague, I applied for 30-days free trial full license of PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0, and received license through my email. I did following operation: oopen Mathcad, choose "options" setting, choose "license configuration", read the file (in the same harddrive) which sent from PTC Mathcad, click "apply", but license status is still "Invalid", license type is still "No License". Please help me to double check anything was wrong of my operation? Thank you.

Please share snapshot of your license file. Also, perform below steps on your machine:

1. Open Command Prompt (search for it in Start Menu)

2. Type command cd "C:\" and hit enter.

3. On the new line, type ipconfig /all >IPConfig.txt and hit enter.

4. Share the file IPConfig.txt which you would find created under C drive.

Based on above information, we can confirm whether the license file is generated for the correct host Id.
