MathCAD 14 coming up as expired license on new install

I am trying to install Mathcad 14 on a new machine. I have a license file I load from disk. However when I run Mathcad it comes up and tells me that the license I have requested has expired 14-apr-2014. However I have a perpetual license for this product. Could you please send me a license file that will work on this new machine. Thank you for your help.

Go to PTC.com and select eSupport. On that page there is a link to License Management.
