MathCAD. Switch license from old device to new device

Dear PTC Support,

I have got a student's license for MathCAD. 
The issue I have is that I registered a Computer I can't use anymore. I got a new computer and wanted to activate MathCAD but I cannot use my activation code anymore because I already used it on the old device.

Can I somehow delete the old device from my profile and use register the new device?
