Mathcad Express/Not receiving email with insatllation link.
Dear PTC Support:
I am requiring my university students to install the free academic version of PTC Mathcad Express. It is such a valuable tool to perform complex computations. I provided a link to your website, but they are having difficulty installing the software. See below comments:
“I have tried downloading Mathcad but I never received the link in my email. Has anyone else had trouble downloading?”
“I'm having the same issue.”
“I also tried emailing the address given on the website twice and have not gotten a reply yet. Robert do you have any suggestions?”
“I also am having the same issue. I've tried multiple email addresses and sending them an email like you did without a response from them.”
Do you have any suggestions to help students install the software?
