Mathcad Prime 2.0 license product code

Hi all,

 

I am trying to reinstall Mathcad prime 2.0 on my newly installed Windows pc; we have a license which is also linked to the PTC account; during activating the set up requires a product code? Where can I find this?

Thanks for the reply Luc; I managed to create a new license file online via our account.

It is a license for Prime 4.0 and I have assigned it to my hardware ID.

However I can not get the license file to work:

What am I doing wrong?

Seeing the message on the scree, and assuming your PC has a working internet connection, the wrongdoing, if any, is on the part of PTC's licence serving machine.

 

Try again a few times more. If persistent, contact PTC to have them reboot the licensing machine.
