Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0 runs in the background, but fails to open/display

Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0 runs in the background, but fails to open/display.
I have attempted the following:
1. Updating and re-booting my computer.
2. Un-installing & re-installing Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0

I have been using Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0 without any issues up until this morning. Something seems to have happened overnight.

This issue is also affecting another of my work colleagues.
