Mathcad prime problem

I am unable to use Mathcad Prime.

Hello @IS_10705139 ,

 

If node-lock license is configured, PTC flex-enabled application cannot be accessed via Remote Desktop session or Terminal Services connection


Physical access to the station is mandatory to enable successful startup of Mathcad when using a Locked license file
