Mathcad won't download

There is no option to download Mathcad once I reach the "application selection" section of the installation software, it just shows a blank prompt. what do I do to fix this?

Could you try below steps?

  1. Click on Back button once
  2. It will take back to earlier step
  3. Again click Next and wait for a moment till the list appears
  4. If list is still not displayed try above steps again till the list appears

How many times you repeated above suggested steps?

 

Also, check whether .NET Framework 4.5.1 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015-2019 SP1 Redistributable Packages (32 bit as well as 64 bit) are correctly installed on your machine.
