Mathcad

When I open mathcad prime on my computer with Windows 11. The app shows up on the bottom dock but it does not open a new window. What can I do to fix this? I need to access it ASAP for a big project. It was working fine yesterday. Nothing changed except I am now physically out of the country. It doesn't even give me an "invalid lisence". Just a black screen.

I have tried:

1. force-quitting the app (with a right click on the bottom dock).
2. Force-quitting from task manager. (It always appears to stop at 170, 175 MB of usage. Nothing else is running on the computer)
3. Rebooting my computer

none of them work so far. I'm out of options.

That's a big change, given how PTC products are licensed. See several parts of Section 2 that may apply to your situation.

Here is a Mathcad-specific licensing basis document that also describes geography-related issues and how to resolve them.

1. What version of Mathcad Prime are you using?

2. Try reinstalling the program.
