Paid ~ $750 for a PTC Prime Mathcad lincense - Where is my license file?

I was handed a 43 page PDF document and told to read this to get my license installed.  The PDF document makes no sense to me - it's all gibberish as far as I'm concerned.  My guess is that this document covers every license file case for every product that PTC owns.   Just so you know - I don't spend every day of a 365 day year installing licenses for PTC products.   I install my license once a year.  I'm just not going to remember how it works for my case.   It would be easier if I was handed the text license file.  That's what other companies do. 

Why Can't PTC just email me the license file and skip all the convoluted hoopla?  

So, how I'm I going to get my license file?  Please.

You need to contact the PTC license management group. This is the PTC user community and NO one here can help with licensing PTC products.

Is this a commercial version or a student version? They have different web addresses for license downloads.
