Reinstall problem re. PTC Mathcad Prime 3.0 Student Edition – Perpetual License

Following a computer crash, I need to reinstall the above PTC product. The online instructions allows me to download only PTC Mathcad Express 7.0.0.0, even with the product code entered.

I need assistance with this please. The version I had installed was Mathcad 15.
