I still have about 2 weeks left of my trial period and I got a new computer from my employer. I want to reinstall the trial version on the new computer. But I need a license for that.

I doubt if you can transfer the trial license. I'd suggest you keep testing Prime on the old PC for the coming two weeks. You can also install Prime on the new computer and not (even try to) activate it. That will show you how Prime Express (the stripped down functionality) works. That may convince you(r employer) to buy a license with which you can activate the Prime Express to full Prime on the new PC...
