Subject: Urgent License Issue – Lost Access to Full Version

Dear PTC Support Team,

I created my account yesterday and successfully activated the 30-day trial license for Mathcad Prime. The application initially showed that I had 29 days remaining. However, after closing and reopening the software, I lost access to the full version.

Additionally, my local license file does not appear to work, and I can no longer use the application.

This is extremely urgent, as I need access to Mathcad to complete my thesis project in order to graduate from university.

Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Suggest that a student license is purchased which will give you a year of use of full license removing any time pressure.
