I get an email asking how difficult it was to renew. I click the link - and I'm on a page where every thing is written in what looks like Chinese. I don't read or speak Chinese.
The original email is written in English - so, how would it make sense to link a Chinese page? This is just lacking common sense.
Oh, and I still don't have a license. Whatever.

UPDATE - this issue is supposedly resolved after creating a case and having PTC support contact the appropriate entities that were sending emails to me written in Chinese.
You mean this page? - "Mathcad Installation Central Resource Page": https://www.ptc.com/en/support/mathcad-landing
No, the page I had been sent to was in Chinese. PTC sent out an email written in English asking the recipient to participate in a survey to determine how well a recent renewal went. In that email is a link to begin the survey - however the link is to a Chinese page - not an English page. I can't read Chinese.
Did you want the exact link from that email?

For sure.
Out of curiosity, did you purchase Mathcad and then never receive a product code to activate the license?
I bought MathCAD PTC last year - around September of 2021 - and got it running at that time. Since that was a year ago I don't recall specific details. This year, Sep. 2022, when renewing I needed to use the Sales Order Number to obtain a license (a text file) - unfortunately the invoice from PTC that I was sent used an incorrect Sales Order Number - making it impossible to retrieve a license.
