Transfer license to new PC

I would like to transfer my fixed license to a new PC. I do not have a current support agreement/contract. Is this allowed under the terms of the license?

    Hi,

    still tearing my hair out...

    I have tried the link to transfer a single user license.  I have my product code (

    PTC Mathcad Prime 3.0
    Product Code: ME030310EP1933-C6VF-WMQ4

    ) but get a message saying "The trial program you are requesting is no longer available."  I believe this is because the code is for "initial product activation only".

     

    OK, so I tried the findmyorder.com "method" and entered my details.  It comes back with the same product code.  I have all my original invoice details but cannot seem to get any further.  

     

    What do I have to do to accomplish such a simple task as transferring a license to a new PC?
