Trouble Purchasing

I am from the US and have been trying to purchase the Mathcad Prime 7.0 student license and every time I submit my payment information, it says that processing has failed.  I've tried multiple cards, all with the same result.  Looks like the reseller is DigitalRiver.

The webstore also does not load correctly on any browser other than classic Internet Explorer.

Unfortunately, I've tried that as well.  All of the reseller companies listed on that page either link back to the PTC website or I have to submit a contact form to purchase.  I just want to buy a single license for the student edition of Prime 7.0.  The software is fantastic but the amount of hoops that you need to jump through just to buy it is frustrating.
