mathcad on updated computer

I have an educational version of mathcad, microsoft is replacing my computer due to a mechanical issue and I would like to continue to use mathcad academic on the new computer, but of course I would need a new license file to do that

Refer here for downloading the required student edition version of Mathcad Prime

 

Once the download is completed you can use your product code for generating the license on new system to do so refer here

it looks like I need the customer number but this is not anywhere
how do I get it?

To download student edition and generate license customer number is not required.

 

Did you download student edition on your new system? Can you share the step at which it is asking for customer number?
