transfer license to new pc

This site is a users forum where users of Mathcad and Prime help each other. This means that this is NOT the support site of PTC for providing licences.

You should know that support for Mathcad (all versions) and Prime ( versions 1...6) has ended a couple of years ago. As far as I know, moving licenses of Mathcad software can only be done, if at all, by PTC staff.

It is sort of silly that you should be referred here, because we, other users of the software, cannot help you. You should get in contact with PTC support (phone or email).

As suggested by 'LucMeekes' please open a support case.

You should use the Mathcad case logger to open a ticket with the license management team.

Click on the link and you should make a few selections (Like select the correct product). 
On the next page, select what type of help you need (Installation/Licensing), you should select licensing and proceed with creating the case.

If you get a prompt to login, please use your PTC.com credentials to login to the site.
