In the attached photo, I perform a topological analysis starting with the graph of a given system. At the end of the calculation, the two matrices β.t and Q.f should be equal, but instead they are different. Why?

I chose a new tree with no problem-causing configurations, the results are perfect.
The two matrices differ in exactly one position (indices 11,17):
Yes indeed! I'd like to know why this happens? the equality of the matrices must hold.
I think the tree I chose (orange branches), among the many, isn't right. I'll try changing it soon.
(...and changing the tree means starting all over again....)
