I recently had to switch to Mathcad Prime when my renewed license would not work on Mathcad 15. But in prime the converter button is greyed out. I have multiple files I still need to access so that I dont have to recreate them. Is there a solution for this. My current will not open 15 at all.
Prime 8 comes with an integrated converter so you don't need MC15 anymore.
When you install Prime, the converter is NOT enabled by default. If you missed that you can run the installation again and check the box to include the converter.
