Defining a Function with Subscript or Superscript

Hello,

Would you please let me know if we can define a function with sub or superscript.

Something like: Usub"Tip"(x,y)=-----

Subscript: Type a full stop (period) after "U", then "Tip" then "(x,y)", ie "U.Tip(x,y)".

Getting superscripts is ... another item on the long-standing list of feature requests.
