Double interpolation in Mathcadprime8

Can anyone help me. How do I do double interpolation of the Cf values highlighted?. I can do the interpolation twice every time But I want to create a quick sheet that I can just change the values in the matrix.

I don't see values for the rows in your little 3x3 table which would be required for the demanded double interpolation.

But maybe the attached utility function can help anyway.
