Error: array index is invalid for this array - cycle

Good day to all users!

During creating of the calculation in mathcad 15 I faced a error in cycle -"array index is invalid for this array". You can see this at the end of file. I have correct cycle without array, but i can't do it with array.

The number of this array elements is small - 146.

What is the error of this calculation?
