File type is not supported

Hi all,

I need your help. I saved my mathcad file and then my computer crashed and now i cannot open it. It says 'The file type is not supported. Log file is located at C:\ProgramData\PTC\Mathcad Prime\Logs\MathcadPrime-Exception_20200506_163436.log Can i recovere it? This is very important! I use Mathcad Prime 5.0

@Dominik, Check the size of the worksheet by going to properties (Right Click > Properties). If the file size is in few kb it means nothing has been saved in the worksheet.

 

For further confirmation create a case with Technical Support with attached worksheet. Technical Support will try to recover the worksheet if possible.

Thank you I will ask them. And the size of the worksheet is 6,02 MB.
