Is it possible to change a Prime7.0 license to a new employee? We are not seeing where that can be done. Tried requesting a new license file, but webpage indicated, " invalid parameter values have been passed in. The application cannot continue". Not sure if we can't get this to work because:
1) Since the employee left, Prime is now up to version 8.0, which is what we downloaded on new employee's computer. Prime7 purchased product ID perhaps doesn't work with Prime8?
2) Can't request new license files if the licensing is tied a particular person's name.
We were able to dig up the 'host ID' on the new employee's computer - so we have correct Host ID, and Product ID, but can't get a new license file.
Find it interesting that the only way to contact PTC for support help is to use login information, but we don't have login information as that employee is gone. I tried to use my login information, but I'm not the user with the problem.
