Hi All,
I want to change automatically with the Function "Suchen und Ersetzen" the variable my_f by my_o in a worksheet.
This is a quick example:
I can do what i want but th Funktion does not replace the variables.
I'm running MCP4.0 latest Version and i had the same problem when running MCP3.1.
Platform is Windows 10
Has anybody the same problem?
Or is it again a typical saving of PTC to save development costs?
Thank you for your efforts!
Volker
Solved! Go to Solution.
You demand too much from the people of PTC.
You don't really expect a working search and replace in a software like Prime, don't you?
Copying the variable name from the sheet to the S&R box does not even work with normal, non-indexed variable names.
Copy and paste generally seems to be a big problem of Prime.

I had actually thought of that but the confirmation follows immediately on the foot.
We should rigorously demand a 90% discount.
(is it the remaining 10 percent really worthy?)

Would be more than fair given that we still get Mathcad 15 for "free" along with Prime.
Doesn't work.
Hasn't ever worked in Prime.
Major frustration.
It's not such a big problem to call out Houston .
beeeep...beeeep
Sorry!
What is it Houston - sity (Хьюстон), man etc
Ah Valery,
Houston is the city where mission control for most (if not all) of the NASA space travel was done.
A famous phrase from the Apollo crew would be "Houston, we have a problem".
Check out the movie "Apollo 13" for example.

Thanks, Luc!
I know this phrase. Houston is Russian Звездный городок near Moscow.
But I do not know that somebody can connect little Mathcad problems with big space problems.
Хьюстон, у нас есть куница ущерб
Fud is one special food?
"fud" is a phonetic (sounds like) spelling of "food."
We are to believe that the dog was writing to lure the cat.
