How do I cancel a trial / downgrade from Prime to Elements?

I need to evaluate MathCAD in its Elements form, but the only way to load up the application is with a 30 day trial of Prime. How can I manually deactivate that Prime license? I tried accessing my online account, but - as a trial user - I can't access the License portion of my online account.
