How to add two terms to the same defined variable

I am trying to type the following into Mathcad for a lab:

I can define F1:=(f1*cos(a1), but when I press enter to input the second function, Mathcad exists the math block. I have tried searching numerous forms, but have not found an answer on how to type this in. Ultimately it should produce the following:

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am working with Mathcad Express Prime 8.0.0.0

Type F Ctrl-- 1 : and then Press Ctrl-M to create a matrix/vector (you may instead just type a [ ). Now type the first function call and then Shift-Enter to create the placeholder for the second. Type it in and then leave the region by pressing Enter or left-click somewhere outside the region.
