How to create table with formula to calculate value in the table as in excel.

Hi, I am trying to create the table for wind pressure on various face of the building for various pressure coefficients. the formula are shown in the header of the table, Kindly help me to create on such table as in excel where the value will be calculated based on the formulas and how to retrieve a specific value from the table.
