How to use handbooks in Prime 2

Is there aby way to import the handbooks in Prime 2? I know you can convert the Mathcad files but can you somehow convert the HBK files? Or is there a new method for creating such collections with table of contents and index?

In Mathcad Prime 2.0 there is no possibility to use handbooks (HBK files).
