MathCAD 15 Insert > Area

Hello,

I want to insert a collapsible area in MathCAD 15 document. When I do this, the area extends from the first page to all the page to the right.

Is there a way to resize the area to be confined within the page that it is inserted in?

There is no way.

An area always spans the full width. A thousand pages wide if you go that far, and further.

You can only change its vertical size by moving the upper and lower borders up an down.

Success!

Thanks Luc.

Maybe this something PTC experts need to look into during future updates.

I don't think so.

Note that you can collapse and even hide an area. With only part of the width, that would not work or become awkward.
