Need to Create a Support Ticket - Is this still possible?
Software installation is overly complicated and I need help with this. However, when I connect through the chat bot and eventually get to a Case Logger page I find I am unable to actually create a support ticket for a variety of reasons.
Please provide a link to where I can create a support ticket, provide an email, or phone number.
My last option is to contact my license manager / sales person for help.
