Problem with maximize function

I have a problem with the function of maximize today. I tried to simplify the problem with the short calculation attached.

It's about a 3x1 vector fu which is a function of a single variable n.

I want to use the maximize function to return a 3x1 vector of n that gives the maximum value of each element of fu. But it seems not working in my calculation.

Can anybody please help me?

Perhaps the attached will help (I've made your objective function a little more complicated to ensure each solution is different).
