Problema con la activación del producto

Buenos Días, no puedo activar mi Mathcad 6.0.0 con el archivo de solicitud de licencia que me proporcionaron en mi correo, no logro ubicar el código de producto en el mismo. ¿Qué debo hacer para activar todas las funciones de mi mathcad?

    You might see this error if the product key has already been used on another device, or it's being used on more devices than the Microsoft Software License Terms allow. To fix the problem, buy a product key for each one of your devices to activate Windows on them.

    I don't think this is about Windows or related to Microsoft license keys....
