How can I get results in fraction format in Mathcad Prime?

You can't!

Thats a formatting feature available in real Mathcad, but not in Prime.

what bad news, I think my best option is to go back to M15.

That's probably not the worst idea.
Many of us stick with classic Mathcad for a variety of reasons. It is more powerful and faster and definitely more pleasant to use (offers the faster workflow). Prime sure offers some improvements, but overall it still lags far behind the old and outdated Mathcad.
Let's hope we can use Mathcad 15 (or some even Mathcad 11 with Maple under the hood) for as long as possible. PTC will sooner or later stop support.

PTC, this was doable in Mathcad 15, please add this to the roadmap and implement this in the next revision of Mathcad Prime.

Your customers would appreciate it.
