Lets say I have 55kg

I want to get the equivalent in Stones.

How can I set this up?

I hope you mean that stone is a unit for mass...

On the internet I find that 1 stone = 6.35029 kg.

In Prime you define a unit 'stone' to be globally equal to that value in kg. Make sure to label the item 'stone' as a unit:

Following that you can use the unit stone in all your input, and results. You'll have to manually change the result unit.
