XMCD, MCD convertor icon is greyed out in Mathcad prime 8.0 window after installation.

Hi,

Yes, During installation it was selected. But I searched in help that if the XMCD, MCD icon can be shown in case the older versions like Mathcad 15.0, Prime 7.0 have been already installed in the computer. In my case, I have uninstalled all the previous versions. Now I have only Mathcad 8.0. Please let me know, this understanding is correct.

Another reason for the converter being greyed out is if you haven't activated the license for the program.

If you haven't activated the license, there will be a banner diagonally across the page...

Yes, I have selected the XMCD, MCD during installation as well, but not showing in Mathcad 8.0.

There should be a file in the folder of the program itself - "WorkSheetConverter.exe".
