interchange colums of two arrays

Hi,  I want to change column "2" of array "A" into column "3" of array " B" , and change column "3" of "B" array into column "2" of "A" array. The result of the interchange is shown in "A1" and "B1" arrays. Iwould like to program that procedure  in mathcad 15. Thanks
